Gratitude and how to be Grateful

The is One of the topics that we should have wrote about when we first started the law of attraction world community, as it is very important, actually it is the first step to implement that law of attraction in your life.

Why is gratitude so important in the law of attraction?
First of all, gratitude can instantly change your vibration and your mood. Try it, sometime when you feel that nothing is going well in your life, or when you find yourself complaining about everything.. stop and think about what you already have, it can be anything that you are taking for granted, like the roof over your head, the food on your table, or it could simply be the fact that you're breathing through your nose and don't have the flu.. You never though about that one right? well next time you get the flu and can't breathe normally remember that blessing.
millions of others wish they have what you are taking for granted, you just need to remind yourself sometimes..
Once you start counting the blessings you already have in your life your vibration will change instantly.

The Second reason (and also the most important one), is that in order for every law of attraction tool or technique to work properly, you need to feel good and to have high positive vibrations.. for example: Saying positive affirmations while you're ungrateful will not give you any good results no matter how many time you repeat them.
You also can not visualize correctly if you keep complaining, because your thoughts will keep switching to thinking  about what you don't have, while you should focus on your desires and act as if you already are living the life that you want..
Finally you can not meditate if you are angry or just in a bad mood, meditation requires full focus and attention and the body must be relaxed, thing that you can't do in a bad mood.

Gratitude will make you feel good so you can start doing all these things. It is like the first layer that you build all your manifestations from. So gratitude is the base to start from if you want to manifest your desires using the law of attraction.

Now that you know how important gratitude is, how can you be grateful if you're not?
The good news is that gratitude can be learned just like any other skill. Although mastering the art of being grateful could take a while but if you practice it everyday with consistancy you will become a grateful person sooner than you think..
There are many ways to become grateful, but the most powerful one of them is to start a gratitude journal. Everyday write at least 3 things in your life that you are grateful for. Do not use your phone or laptop, use pen and paper, writing is very powerful, your handwriting is unique, your words are your creation.. that helps in training your mind that you are a creator of your own reality. It may not be fun to write if you are so into technology but trust me, it's totally worth it.
Write on your gratitude journal everyday, preferably upon waking up and before falling asleep, but it can be at any time, if you skipped a day that's fine, you'll resume tomorrow.. Everyday try to think of something new, you've been through a lot and you survived so you sure have strength in you, be grateful for that.. think of simple things you have and others are dreaming of, maybe family or friends.. get used to saying thank you to god or the universe or anything you believe in. Actually start with it, say "thank you universe for giving me this or that".. or start by "I am grateful that I have this or that"
After sometime you will start to notice the changes in your life, not only in material things but also in your own personality..
So be grateful, everyday.
